We retain personal information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, customer content is permanently deleted within 30 days from production systems and within 90 days from backups. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytics. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax obligations.
