We're building the document layer that professional services teams deserve.
Founded in Boston in 2021. Now serving 800+ firms across North America, Europe, and Australia.
Why we exist
Every professional services firm runs on documents. Tax returns, audit binders, engagement letters, due diligence rooms, deposition packets. And every one of those documents moves through email, SFTP, shared drives, and the occasional USB stick handed across a conference room.
We knew there was a better way because we had built it before — at Box, at Dropbox, at Tresorit. But the tools we built there were generic. They weren't built for the workflows accountants, attorneys, and consultants actually run.
So we left to build it properly. VerifyPage is the document layer we wished we'd had when we were client-side.
Our values
- Security is not a feature. It's the floor. Every product decision starts with "can we make this safer without making it harder to use?"
- Clients first, then customers. Our customers are firms. But the people who touch VerifyPage most are their clients — and those people are the ones we obsess over.
- Quiet, fast, predictable. Professional services teams don't have time for surprises. We don't ship them.
- Trust is earned in receipts. Every promise has a SOC 2 control behind it. Every claim has an audit trail.
